Private Theater Rentals

We need at least 7 days advance notice for all rental requests. This allows time for employee scheduling. 

Each rental is allowed 2.5 hours in total.  Please factor in the running time of your movie before planning when to have your guests arrive, or if you want any time after the movie finishes.  There is no option to extend time last minute.

School Not in Session (Summer):
Monday-Friday: Available start times from 8:00am to 1:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: Available start times from 8:00am to 11:00am, plus limited slots from 11am to 1pm

School in Session:
Monday-Friday: Available start times from 8:00am to 4:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: Available start times from 8:00am to 1:00pm

The above guidelines are typical, but not guaranteed.
Availability is subject to change without notice.
All availability is subject to seasonal movie schedules and other scheduled events.
Once your rental is confirmed with your paid deposit then your date and time is set.

Private rentals are flexible! You can:

• Bring your own DVD or Blu-ray movie. (we provide the DVD/Blu-ray player)
• Play a currently showing movie from our lineup for an additional $25 (subject to availability and studio restrictions).
• Connect your own HDMI-compatible device, such as a laptop, streaming device, tablet (with the appropriate adapter), or game console.

Please note that if you want to use your own device, you are responsible for providing any required adapters, cables, and content.
The device must output both video and audio through a single HDMI connection.
Internet access is not provided, if you wish to stream on your own device you must provide your own hotspot to do so.
Technical support for your devices, adapters, cables, etc. is not provided.

Once we review and approve your requested date and time, you will be sent an email with a link to confirm your request and pay the initial $25 deposit to secure your date and time.  This is in your hands, and is how you confirm that you want your reservation. Once that is paid, we will be able to staff your reservation.

Due to the process it takes for these reservations, the deposit is non-refundable.  PLEASE make sure of your plans first!  It is not possible for us to move or reschedule any reservations once you have committed.  You would have to cancel the reservation and then begin the process again.

Your private rental is not considered confirmed and scheduled until the deposit has been paid. The payment link expires at the end of the next day after it is sent to you. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

We understand life throws in unexpected things, which is why we only require the deposit, and not the full amount.  Thank you for understanding.

You will be allowed entry to set up no more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. You are free to use that time how you wish, but please keep in mind that your movie (when you decide to start it) will need to have time to finish, and guests depart in a reasonable time.  You must be aware how long your movie will take to run its length!  Before your chosen film starts, you will need to have your entire group present for a head count, this is when you will pay the balance due. If you have decided to watch a title we have in house, we will advise as to when would be the deadline for it to start.

We encourage you to bring whatever food or snacks you want to bring, to make your event more fun.  We simply ask that you clean up any mess from outside food items.  Our full concession menu will also be available during your rental time. (Alcoholic beverages are prohibited)

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. PLEASE make sure of your plans first!  It is not possible for us to move or reschedule any reservations once you have committed.  You would have to cancel the reservation and then begin the process from the beginning.  Deposits are non-refundable.
